About
SUMMARY
Amy is a writer whose articles have appeared in Chicago's Daily Herald and The Peoria Journal Star. Her goal is to bring balanced, unbiased reporting.
She is a central Indiana native but has traveled to Mexico, Northern Ireland, Equador and Jordan on service projects and has also visited the Netherlands. Amy spent a semester abroad in Israel as a student, a summer working in Sweden, and a semester in South Korea as an English teacher. She lived in St. Louis for a number of years, including for graduate school and when Michael Brown Jr. was fatally shot. Amy captures the moment in photos wherever she goes.
Between grading for her English students and her career in journalism, she has over a decade of experience in copy-editing.
